Rule on Characters made simple and easy.

1:Only five signers can be active weather you are playing a canon character or not though I would prefer canon characters to be the signers. I chose the signers or someone that i give permission to dose.

2:No millennium items unless I bring them into the plot (witch probably wont happen because we are running off of the new show)

3: dark signers are allowed as long as you give a 2 paragraphs about how you died and what your unfinished business was. under special abilities.
